Our Cheese Dairy
We place great focus on high quality milk. For this we carefully select our dairy farmers. We are proud of the long-standing and good relations with our farmers from the Dutch De Achterhoek and the Lower Rhine. The combination of traditional craftsmanship, knowledgeable staff and modern production methods ensure the excellent quality of our cheeses. Thanks to the careful production method, all the goodness of the milk in the cheese is preserved – minerals, vitamins and healthy fats. Our cheeses are made with a vegetarian rennet and then cured in the sea salt bath.
