Aurora Gold Sheep Mild
At Aurora, in addition to the popular cheeses made from cow’s milk, delicious cheeses made from sheep’s milk are also produced. In practice, this cheese seems to be a very good alternative for cow’s allergy sufferers, but it’s so delicious that it’s much more than just that.
The young sheep’s cheese is characterized by its fine, almond-like aroma.
Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.
Available as a 4.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.
Due to seasonal fluctuations in available milk, this cheese is only available to a limited extent.
Aurora Gold Sheep Matured
Our sheep’s cheese has matured for at least three months. It has a light, almond-like aroma and is far more than just a cow’s milk cheese alternative.
Since the milk quantity is subject to seasonal fluctuations, sheep’s milk is only available to a limited extent.

Aurora Gold Sheep Old
The Aurora Gold Sheep Old has matured for at least seven months. This gives it its spicy, aromatic taste. The consistency of the old sheep’s cheese reminds of Parmesan.
The cheese is very tasty and far more than just an alternative to cow’s milk cheese.
