Aurora Gold Goat Butter cheese Natural

This cheese matures in the foil for at least two weeks and is therefore a particularly mild goat cheese. Due to its shape, the cheese is easy for cutting slices and because there is no plastic coating around it, the cheese can be used completly. The Aurora Gold Goat Butter cheese is a perfect alternative for people with a cow’s milk allergy, who want to enjoy a tasty, young, mild cheese.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheese methods, with vegetarian lab and cured in sea salt.

This cheese can contain lactose

Available as a 1.5 kg loaf.

Due to seasonal fluctuations in available milk, this cheese is only available to a limited extent.

Aurora Gold Goat Smoked Butter cheese

Fresh from the brine bath, the cheese goes immediately into the smoker. Here the cheese is smoked over beech wood for several hours, then the cheese matures for at least two weeks in that foil. The cheese is easy to cut into slices or cubes, since there is no coating around it.
