Aurora Gold Goat Mild

The young Aurora Gold goat cheese ripens for at least four weeks, is pleasantly mild and everything else ”bitchy”. Characteristic of goat cheese is the bright white color.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.

Available as a 4.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.

Due to seasonal fluctuations in milk availability, this cheese is only available to a limited extent.

Aurora Gold Goat Pikant

Our Aurora Gold goat piquant has matured for at least three months. This gives it a pleasantly spicy taste. It is anything but and quite more than just a cow’s milk cheese alternative.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.

Available as a 4.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.

Aurora Gold Goat Old

The Aurora Gold Goat Old has matured for at least seven months and has a spicy taste. The cheese has lost much of the moisture due to the ripening process and maintains a firm, often brittle consistency.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.

Available as a 4.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.

Aurora Gold Goat cheese (Feta)

Originally from Greece, this goat cheese is aged in brine and has a fresh, slightly salty taste. The structure is semi-solid to crumbly, making it the perfect cheese for salads or sauces.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheese methods, with vegetarian lab and cured in sea salt.

This cheese can contain lactose.

Available as a 1.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces from +/- 200 gram.
