Aurora Gold Demeter Mild
The milk for this cheese comes from our biodynamic dairy farmers from the beautiful Dutch Achterhoek.
The Aurora Gold Mild, Demeter ripens for at least four weeks and has a creamy-mild taste.
Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.
Available as a 4.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.
Aurora Gold Demeter Pikant
The milk for this cheese comes from our biodynamic dairy farmers from the beautiful Dutch Achterhoek.
The Aurora Gold Demeter piquant matures for at least three months, giving it a pleasantly piquant taste.
Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.

Aurora Gold Demeter Old

The Demeter Old has matured for at least 7 months and has a full-bodied, spicy flavor.

Aurora Gold Demeter Amsterdammer
