 Aurora Gold Winter cheese

The Aurora winter cheese, with a warming spice combination. The finely tuned mixture of Spanish pepper, cinnamon and cranberry ensure a very special taste experience.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.

Available as a 4.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.

Aurora Gold Christmas cheese

In keeping with the pre-Christmas season, we offer the tasty Christmas cheese. Paprika, mustard, ginger and garlic form a warming spice combination.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.

Available as a 4.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.

Aurora Gold Spring cheese

Spring comes from this, with dandelions and daisies, with the dandelion giving this cheese a pleasantly tart taste.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.

 Aurora Gold May/Grass cheese

The traditional Mai Gouda is made from the first pasture milk of the year. The carotene, which is contained in the fresh grasses, provides a rich yellow cheese.

Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.

Available as a 4.5 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.

Aurora Gold May cheese with herbs

The traditional May Gouda with herbs is made from the first pasture milk of the year. The carotene, which is contained in the fresh grasses, provides a rich yellow cheese.

 Aurora Gold Halloween cheese

Anything but creepy, this cheese tastes. Demeter carrot juice provides the bright, orange color and freshly roasted pumpkin seeds, along with ginger bring the nutty flavor into the cheese.
