Our cheese warehouse

Since 2011 we have our cheese warehouse in Kranenburg. A solar system provides us with electricity on a daily basis and helps to ensure that the cheese ripens and maintains in well-tempered rooms. Only after a sufficient maturation period, the cheeses get their jewelry labels.

Here also the processing of incoming orders takes place. Depending on customer requirements, the cheese is packed as a whole loaf or cut and vacuumed and delivered to the wholesalers and retailers as well as to private individuals.
