Made from the best milk from the Dutch Achterhoek and the German Niederrhein and aged for at least eight weeks. It is a delicious, young, matured cheese that has a mild-creamy taste. Delicious for on a sandwich or as a snack.
Made according to traditional Dutch cheesemaking methods, with vegetarian rennet, cured in sea salt and lactose-free due to ripeness.
Available as a 4.5 kg loaf and 10 kg loaf or sliced, in vacuum-packed pieces.
